"The island is wonderful, everyone is friendly, the villas are neat, clean, the food in restaurant is very expensive. Lack of animation, the open bar on the beach is closed, there is no waiter. No type of entertainment is offered within the hotel. The first two days are pleasant silence and peace, but already on the third day it lacks a little liveliness. Mosquitoes are a separate story. "This is a very beautiful property. All rooms have a view of the ocean. We stayed in a more economical room and it was like staying in a tree house, so cool. Very nice breakfast as well. Keep in mind, there is not a big area for lounging on the beach here, but there is access to the ocean and a small beach. For a bigger lounging area you will need to go to a nearby beach (there is a shuttle)."

"A bit far from Victoria, which meant renting a car, taxi or public transportation. The public bus was an experience every traveller should do at least once. It is efficient but a wild ride! Taxi’s expensive. The staff at crown beach did their very best at suggesting tours and those which allowed hotel pick up. The restaurant was good but expensive. We would actually return as it was quiet ,on the beach and staff impeccable especially John! "
