The rooms were extremely comfortable & each room had a fantastic view of the water. The place was impeccably maintained by Michelle and her team. It is a family run place. Located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend renting a car to go around the island (which they can help organise).

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Our time at this hotel in Seychelles was nothing short of perfect. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredibly friendly and service-minded staff—and the owners were just as warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Le nautique. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We loved using the barbecue for cooking our fish, enjoying the pool and watching the ocean. We hope we will come back soon.

We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful stay, the apartment is well equipped and we loved the little balcony, it's nice there is a small pool to cool down. All the employees are very nice, and they also helped organize a tour for us. I can highly recommend.

We stayed at Le Nautique for our 2 first nights in the Seychelles. Very nice and cute condo unit, very clean and very well staffed. The owner is very friendly, bed comfy, really nice bathroom. Only downside, nothing to do onsite, and a bit expensive.

We loved everything about our stay. From our host Michelle a beautiful lady who made our trip and my birthday so special. To the place itself which was lovely and fresh. There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. Incredibly clean and quiet waterfront property. <2 miles to the closest shopping and restaurant center. You can get food delivered to your room. Management is top notch and so are the rest of the staff members.

Lovely apartment right on the water. Everything new and modern and well equipped. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Natacha and Raj (?) . We would recommend highly and tell others they really should count on renting a car while here to get around the island.

What a great discovery !

Our stay at Le Nautique was wonderful. The team there is very helpful and gentle. Always willing to help and assist when needed. The property is a great very small community with a stunning view on the Indian’Ocean. Every day I enjoyed the sunrise watching the sea ! The flat itself was great, cozy and well furnished. It is really well thought ! Location wise, Anse Royale is quite central and you could easily go on the other side of the Island or up North close to the capital. You have beaches around that are just unbelievable

They have exceeded our expectations

We had a wonderful stay of 8 days at this property. The property is clean. The apartment is in very good conditions, well equipped and had everything we needed.The staff is courteous and just outstanding in many aspects. We booked a year before our stay and Annalise made sure we had all our questions timely and correctly answered. She helped book taxi for pickup and drop off, car rental and so on. Everyone, including the guests, during our stay was just amazing. We will get back to Seychelles and stay at the same property.

Bathroom has no ventilation or window and entrance is from the bedroom. Area around property is small and it is not really beach front just a small dock access to the water. It is newly built apartment so it is clean. Furnishing and items are from ikea. King bed looks good but it is not comfortable. It is fenced off property with the gate right onto main road. If you have a car and plan just to sleep over location is fine, but we would not stay there again.
