"Today is April 21, 2024. The property (including the grounds) is well maintained and clean. It's rural, so during sleeping hours it's pretty quiet--though there was a train around 0445 on Saturday. We were in town for a college graduation, and we were able to comfortably visit with family in the spacious living room each evening.
