Great Stay. Very clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Had great recommendations for great places to eat, and other entertainment in the area. I had an Issue with my room key not working and they were wonderful in getting me another room. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The casino was nice the room was nice but the wallpaper was peeling in some spots and the TV stand and table had some damage to it

Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room had NO USB PORTS FOR CHARGING, and had to use the outlets on the desktop (no outlets by bedside nightstands). The safe battery was low, so it didn't work. Didn't have time to schedule maintenance (and be present) while they fixed it. Carpet by the lamp had sunflower seeds on it. No extra pillows on king bed (3 only). FURNITURE NEEDS UPDATING.

Room was clean and spacious, but still had the 2 armchairs from original Hollywood years ago. Updating would be good. A/c worked good, and bed was very comfortable. Casino had a decent variety of new slots, but room for many more.

Housekeeping replaced towels as asked and trash bags immediately. Towel bar and tissue holder fell apart. And construction zone outside my room was loud at times but staff were friendly, helpful at front desk and throughout. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I liked the Lavender Peppermint toiletries

The price for the room was very reasonable. Especially considering we were leaving Texas and came to Shreveport to gamble and decided to stay at the last minute. The room was clean and very spacious. The employees were very kind. The only con I had was us needing to be escorted back and forth to our room because they were only given five room keys for the night. However, the nice lady that was escorting people on the elevator was extremely kind and funny. She volunteered to work a double just to help out. I tipped her $20 for her troubles. Give her a raise!

There was really not much to like. Except for the staff being excellent and willing to help, the facility itself was old and rundown. The restaurants were not good. The food was terrible and extremely overpriced.

I wouldnt say it was a horrible experience but it was far from positive. The night shift front desk was extremely slow, everyone else on staff was very helpful. The room was clean however the parking garage and staircase was not, overflowing with trash and smelling of urine. There was no blanket in our room. Literally. I called to the front desk and they said that none were available, there was a shortage at the hotel.

On Tuesdays, the restaurants are all closed. There’s a lot of construction going on out front, but the staff is very friendly overall with a few exceptions. There was a new fella at the deli downstairs Jason or Jaylin, who was doing an awesome job as a new employee. We enjoyed the gambling floor and the games were all very exciting. Lovely town of Shreveport and across the street is to Sandra‘s on the riverfront. The price was excellent and better than a military rate ha ha ha. Thank you for a fun day overall.!

The casino and lobby areas were clean and overall a pleasant experience. The "Vintage" restaurant was exceptional. The service was great, the food was amazing and although pricey, was consistent with the service and quality. The "Sportsmans Paradise" restaurant was not a good experience. We tried it for breakfast and our orders were simple, two southwest omelets. After 45 minutes, we were told the were waiting on the hash browns and our omelets had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes. We chose to go somewhere else to have a meal. The hotel room was disappointing. The room was not clean, the carpet needed replacing, the lamp on the desk had corrosion around the charging plugs, and the tile was chipped and dirty. My wife refused to walk barefoot in the room. We may return to the casino but definately will not stay at the hotel unless major changes have beebn made.

The property is in a wonderful location and has free on site parking. It has no other redeeming properties. This is not a four star property or stay. The A/C system cannot keep up with the humidity in the room. The room feels damp and has an odor. There is mold growing on the furniture. The A/C has blown dust into the walls where it has collected. You are charged a "resort fee" every day of your stay yet they don't clean your room during your stay. The desk told me to call housekeeping if I needed a replenishment of coffee, etc, or if I needed the room cleaned. I called and got a machine. I left a message asking that the room be serviced. They never did it. They didn't have a bath mat or wash cloths. The only garbage can/ waste basket was in the bathroom. You have to put your garbage in the hall of you want it emptied. Obviously, we were very unhappy with our experience at Bally's. The owners should fire every member of the management team.
