"Excellent location and price for the room. Went for the Cheltenham festival. Only had a reservation for one night but asked to stay an extra night. The hotel was booked out but Gabriel managed to sort us out a room, excellent customer service. Would book again."

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...
