"Nice enough spot for the short time I was in Collingwood. This location IS close to a lot of dining options. I actually walked to a nice spot just a block or two away. Also close to the city park and lookout over the inlet. Very cramped area for parking and movement around the small property but enough, again, for the time I was there. No real ammenities ---- just a room and a parking spot. "

"We enjoyed our stay at 612 immensely. Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. There are cooking pots and pans and all the necessity needed for making a meal. Room decos are quite nice and it felt like a home away from home. We will definitely come back."
