"The rooms seemed to have been upgraded, new flooring and new furniture. However, the room could use a fresh coat of paint and the toilet could use a good scrubbing to eliminate water stain in the bowl. Having said all of that, enjoyed my stay and will return again.. for the price I paid, it certainly was worth the money."

"checked in at 15:06 room not available until 15:30. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Back missing off tv remote. Door sticks with what looks like pry marks on the outside of door. Only one elevator working, the one working is very slow bangs and jerks when arriving on the floor. $200 deposit required along with full payment for stay on arrival. "

The only downfall with the area around the hotel is the homeless people and their drug use right on the streets of London. It's like this everywhere downtown London. The Hotel itself is very secure and the farmers market and parking is right across the street."
