"The place is in the heart of the city so very convenient if you want that access. Extremely inexpensive but still should be clean. The beds were fine however the bathroom / toilet although rinsed had somewhat of a smell. No HoT water which is something hotel.com should note"

"I’ve stayed here three times now, over a period of about 15 years. It’s located right off a main street with lots of restaurants and small shops, but the rooms overlook a rice field. Quiet and beautiful. Staff is very attentive and the place is immaculate. Great value for money. I highly recommend."

The free shuttle was handy to get into Ubud city and drivers were always very prompt. The pool is lovely and the gardens are so peaceful. We stayed with our 5 month old baby and felt very safe/happy. It was a bit noisy in the mornings with scooters zooming down the little lane beside it and a few things could have been improved on like there were no mosquito nets over the single beds, the lamps next to the main bed didn’t reach the power points and the air-conditioning struggled to cool the whole villa in the...

"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"Beautiful room, nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was served each morning on our Balcony. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cake and coffee. Pool area was very nice. Staff were very friendly. The Villas is only a short walk to the main street. Would recommend and would definitely stay again."
