The perfect place to stay for our family

Absolutely superb place to stay. Right in the middle of rice fields is a super treat and the staff were amazing... they were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. The accommodation is far enough from the town to be traditional rural but close enough for a 10min drive. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location. The outside areas are a bit worn down. The villa is nice - and the outside bathroom is very charming. Its within walking distance to the rice terraces (approx 1 mile). So overall it was a good stay.

The villa was simply amazing. All the interiors were so beautiful and simple. The outdoor bathroom was just amazing. There’s a house built right opposite the property which kills the view a little bit but overall, a fantastic stay

The villa was large, light-filled and spacious. Great views over the rice fields. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious with several options options. The pool was beautiful. It was a bit noisy in the mornings with scooters zooming down the little lane beside it and a few things could have been improved on like there were no mosquito nets over the single beds, the lamps next to the main bed didn’t reach the power points and the air-conditioning struggled to cool the whole villa in the afternoon.

Extrêmement bruyant! Nous avons passé 3 nuits sans pouvoir dormir. L’hotel se trouve sur une route très fréquentée. La chambre dorée uniquement de portes vitrées qui ne se fermaient même pas totalement. Donc ca laisse passer le bruit est les insectes. Bon Petit déjeuner Personnel super gentil. Belle piscine. Pas bon rapport qualité prix!!

We love that the property is surrounded by rice fields and lush vegetation. The property overall is quiet and serene. There’s also lots of geckos in the room and a larger lizard in the eves of the roof, which we don't mind (they take care of all the bugs at night and we enjoy their company). We also got a good night’s rest. The mattress and pillows are a bit on the firmer side, but still comfortable. The WIFI is sometimes difficult to connect to in the rooms; however, once connected, we had no problems doing everything we needed to do online. We would definitely stay here again, if we were visiting this area. We completely recommend the property!

Beautiful room with nice partial outdoor shower. Well maintained property. Day-beds by pool. Staff were all super lovely. Food was good and very reasonably priced. Free drop off and pick up from town which was perfectly on time. Highly recommend, amazing place, everything we wanted our stay in Ubud to be.

Our stay at Kabinawa was just what we wanted. The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but it is very close to Ubud city center. It is also in a great location for day trips around the island. The property itself is very clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

This is a beautiful little resort with just a handful of villas, surrounded by rice fields - so you get an amazing view from your villa. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place! Having said that, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the town, which is only a 15 minute drive away. So you can have the best of both worlds. The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! They are kind, friendly, and extremely attentive. They will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We had an amazing time at this hotel. I can’t recommend it enough.

After staying in hundreds of hotels, this is the first place that I’ve left early after staying just one miserable night, even though our reservation was non-refundable. Our room was filthy and infested with ants and spiders. The bathroom was outdoors, which would have been neat if it wasn’t crawling with bugs, including spiders in the towels and a cat perched on top of the shower. The wifi wasn’t working, despite the staff spending an hour in our villa working on it. It did finally work on and off late in the night. Perhaps worst of all, there was no hot water—as in if you turned the tap to hot, nothing came out.
