"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"No clock in the room, side chair was torn in several places, plaster was cracked or peeling throughout the room, dirty carpet, kept slippers on the whole time for fear of dirty carpet. It appeared ddthat one of the towels had been used. The motel is very old, part of the rooms looked to be used as apartments with tenants sitting outside smoking, some in their underwear. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"No cups, coffee maker in rooms. Beds were horrible and there were absolutely no blankets at all. Rooms were very dirty including toilet. They gave us one room at first which was even more dirtier smelling of cigarettes which made me sick. Shower was broken. Asking for more towels the second morning, they asked us to return the towels before they even gave us more. Refrigerator door was literally falling off and not operable spoiling my leftovers. "If you’re thinking about going to this hotel/motel, it’s best to look elsewhere. This place is rundown and in a not so great area. The staff were friendly but that’s pretty much it. When we got to the room, it was so unsanitary we were shocked-especially during COVID. There were stains on the bed, the lock was falling off of its hinges, the towels and walls were not clean.
