Too old, sloppy updated rooms dirty no amenities no shampoo old very old sheets and towels very ruff staff are live in staff live in the motel handle front desk housekeeping room turn over it seems like the owners are very careless cheap and customers opinions doesn't bother them this motel in my opinions should be demolished and built a new hotel in place or they should update it from scratch everything needs to get replaced doors windows widow carton blinds toilet shower carpet beds mattress all sheets and blankets and towels door jams frame and locks, all they did is a cheap flooring and an ugly sloppy paint. I dont recommend this motel 6 to anyone. Beds were itchy maybe bedbugs.

Still a little sketchy as far as the area, but good for a quick stay! Downtown and the Tempe beach park are cheap to uber/lyft and circle k and taco shop across the street are super convenient for those who come back to the room super late!

Janice at the front desk was very nice. Housekeeping did not visit the room once in my 7-day stay. Television never worked. Cockroaches in the room. Anytime you left the room you had to go back to the front desk to reprogram the key— it never worked.
