It was comfortable and clean. It was also the small touches that were nice, with chocolates and a bottle of water supplied every day. "Loved our stay in the Ebor Suite. Quiet and secluded, with a bit more space and a dedicated parking spot too. Easy walk from York centre and the breakfast should not be missed. Lots to chose from and the bread was delicious. We would definitely book again if we return to York. "

Lots of parking right outside (ensure to request a virtual parking permit in advance) - fabulously clean, room with an incredibly comfy bed (really important to both of us due to back issues). Shared bathroom no issues, spotless and no waits even tho the property was fully booked. Breakfast absolutely fantastic, people lovely, and a very short walk to the city walls thru the park. "Guest house is lovely, arrival was smooth, car park was quite small and the driveway is very narrow not ideal if you have a large car as makes getting in and out difficult. Our double room was clean and nicely decorated, mattress was ok however the wooden bed frame was very creaky and we could also hear our neighbours bed too. The walls are quite thin and due to it being an older property floor boards creak. We were woken at 1am by guests in the room next door coming home, talking and walking...
