"This is an excellent hotel. We had booked a mini suite but unfortunately the room had a problem. The hotel immediately upgraded us to a full suite which was facing the garden and was superb. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious and staff were charming. Excellent hotel. "

"First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sparsely furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy."
