"This property was amazing! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The house was clean and has lots of character. The only area that maybe needed a wipe down was the refrigerator as there were lots of crumbs and sticky spots. The upstairs shower curtain also seemed like it needed to be changed. Other than that the house was spotless! We loved the pretty kitchen and spacious diningroom. We had 8 people stay the night and everyone had plenty of sleeping space. The owners of the property...

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "

"I needed a place to stay while my daughter visited the Franciscan Campus. Very clean and nicely done for and older home. The K-cup coffee was a real treat and timesaver. The houses around the unit are run down but that is not the owners fault."

"The house was clean and very well prepared for our visit (including Christmas decorations in the house). Tony stayed in touch with us all along, and was quick to respond when we had questions. The decore and finishes of the house made us feel at home. The house was well equipped, everything was well organized and labeled (the best we’ve seen). If someone forced me to pick one negative thing about the house, it would be setting the right water temperature in the master shower - my wife found it...

"Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery."
