Convenient to the college across the street. Hotel was under construction while we were there so the pool was out of service, it would have been nice to have been informed of that before checking in. I appreciate very much this hotel is truly pet friendly. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations and that’s good news. Breakfast is very good and has extended hours over the weekend. The only issue in the room was that one of the night stand tables was dirty. It’s dark wood so it’s hard to see but a coffee must have spill and it was all sticky. Also the fabric on the headboard was ripped and I had to take a picture and bring it to the attention of reception staff so we wouldn’t be charged for it.

The stay at the hotel was great! Check in was very simple and the staff (Maggie) was especially helpful in setting aside a key for my boyfriend who was coming by later while I planned on taking a nap until he arrived. The only issue I had was that the toilet wouldn't stop running until I dealt with it. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Stayed here for a conference. No way to walk to the event. No sidewalks and seemed unsafe. Carpet in room was filthy with big stains. Mold in shower. Weird smell in whole building. Breakfast was “cancelled.” Staff was very nice though.
