Great stay in spacious room

"I had a "Classic suite" on the 7th floor and it was very nice. Spacious, clean, well appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing my room each day. Couch and chairs were comfortable to sit in and allowed for good visiting with friends. My only negative observation is that the hotel needs to be painted on the exterior, but the inside felt well cared for."

"We spent a month touring through Europe and the young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of our arrival was absolutely one of the best at customer service that we had encountered on our travels. Check in was prompt and her knowledge of the town and where to visit and eat in the short time we had there was outstanding, very clear and concise. She is an asset to the hotel."
