Does the job well

The hotel's elevators are famously terrible, but everything else about it is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with good views, great covered parking. I've been there three times and will be returning.

Nice stay

The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but Prague’s public transport is excellent — it only takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Town. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option.

We spent two nights at Panorama Hotel for our 25th anniversary and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, in a quiet area (around 20 mins by cheap Uber to the Old Town), and our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed, great air con, and lovely views. The highlight was the pool and spa on the 24th floor with stunning views over Prague. Staff were fantastic – friendly and thoughtful – and even surprised us with champagne and a note for our anniversary. There’s also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes away with plenty of food options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay in Prague!

In general, the hotel was very nice and attractive. The food was really good and the cocktails were nice as well. Nonetheless, there were a few things that were not nice completely. One of them is that the hotel is smoke free, outside of the hotel have signs that says so, but you also can see at least 2 or 3 different people smoking right in front of the door (I'm not exaggerating, one step away from the door, a few times I had to say, "excuse me" for the person to move), which for someone with asthma is not very convenient and nobody from the hotel said anything. Another thing it was the pillows, I couldn't sleep properly all the 5 days, the size of the beds are fantastic but the pillows are horrible. And the last thing it was how slow they were in serving food, it took a while to get served. The food was very good is the amount of time that took in arriving. Probably all those things you don't notice them when you stay for one or two days but after that you start paying attention.

Terrific service upon arrival - I think his name was Lindor - so friendly and professional. Really good value. Easy to get around the city from the hotel.
