"Based on previous reviews, I was surprised that the hotel was in better shape than I was expecting, lobby and grounds were clean, fresh coffee in lobby, desk clerks were very pleasant. Check in was easy and desk clerk was very helpful, in fact all desk clerks were helpful except the girl on the night shift who wasn't helpful at all. Room had all the amenities advertised, Keurig machine, K-cups, iron & ironing board and hair dryer. Main complaint was with housekeeping, they only clean the rooms...

"First off, the water pressure was amazing! We stayed in room 124 and the bathtub was big enough for me to soak in with feeling like my shoulders were going to curl in on each other. The staff was very friendly and very respectful of our privacy and belongings. The only thing I didn't like were there weren't any looks on our adjourning room. We could open our side of the door, there was no handle on the other side but I still felt like a good solid push would open the other door. "

Our handicapped accessible room did not have a handheld shower; the shower nozzle was so tall that an average height person (without disabilities) could hardly reach to adjust. Room servicing limited to fresh towels & emptying trash if you left room after 1 pm. We had to ask for sheets to be changed after 5 days of a 7 day stay. Safe parking"

"The jetted tub was perfect. The size of the suite made me want to just live there. Kitchenette, separate bedroom from main area... Was only staying a night but splurged a little for the amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was standard.. but did maintain constant refilling so they didn't run out early like other places. Variety of vending at front desk was nice. Free delivery for food if staying at the hotel was also nice. All around great stay. Hoping for more...
