"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway."

A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. "What we expected and what we got, were really different. The listing makes it seem like it’s a big Villa with four bedrooms/bathrooms, all situated in one house. It’s really a duplex situation side by side with separate entrances. My 2 children and I were looking forward to having our own rooms to sleep in since we had been sharing hotel rooms on this trip. However, both of my kids were creeped out because it meant someone would be in the other unit alone. Now this place is great for 2 families...

"We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"I don’t even know where to start. What an exquisite property ! Sermoneta is truly divine. This property is absolute perfection. Owner is amazing. Regrettably, we couldn’t stay forever. But if I could, I would ! The perfect location, locals are amazing and the house is ridiculously perfect. We were fortunate enough to stay when the Jasmine was in full bloom. OMG ! The air was drenched in its aroma. Intoxicating! The house was amazing beyond description. Highly recommend !!!"

"The apartment was a great find in a good location nice and quiet and easy to get to all the sights without needing to be right in the centre where it was really busy , apartment was clean and had all the amenities you need comfortable beds and large showers outdoor space for sitting out in the sun or in the evening enjoying the stars , fabrizio was an amazingHost he was so friendly and helpful whenever I contacted him he replied promptly on watsapp recommended a place to eat for when we landed...
