"Fantastic accommodation, very clean and spacious with a full kitchen, laundry in the unit and ample closet space. The suite had a bedroom with separate living area and a great city view from the dining area and bedroom. Everything worked in the unit and had no issues with staff or the space itself. The main problem which was definitely inconvenient was 1 of the 2 elevators were broken so at least twice we had to wait nearly 10 min for an elevator (had a stroller so not willing to climb 20...

"The hotel is located on a busy, busy road and it was a tough turn into the hotel. Plus, there’s very little space once you get into the hotel entrance to maneuver a vehicle especially. Decent location overall, nice staff and a good hot breakfast but it’s just a really tight squeeze for parking, etc. I would not recommend any large vehicles to attempt parking here."

"Once in a while I don't get an optimal room (A/C or fan too loud, right next to service elevator, etc), and sometimes you have to go down to obtain sundries from the front desk as it's too busy to send someone (and don't bother ordering from the restaurant, just go there if you want to eat or use a food service). Beyond that I don't have much else constructive to add. You get your money's worth with this hotel. The staff have been nothing but excellent, fair pricing for even the bougie rooms...
