Location is great for using the tram station. It was less than a 10 minute gentle walk. Across the street is an Asian store for purchasing food and drinks. Free Airport shuttle available. Free shuttle available in the morning to the cruise port, be sure to confirm with front desk before booking a cruise. You can also use the tram to the cruise port for a 30 minute ride.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade which made our stay even better. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful with a spectacular view. The only thing I would recommend is to put a shower shelf for shaving legs. Most hotels miss that one feature that I've heard from so many women.

The breakfast buffet was great. I also really appreciated that you have an airport shuttle. I was very disappointed that servicing my room was no longer done automatically. It seems to me to be a lack of good customer service if I have to request that service.

We checked in at around 7PM. Check-in process was fast. The assigned room was not not cleaned at all. It was very dirty with used towels everywhere. Bed was not done. Had to returned back to the reception to get another room assigned. The assigned room was not same as what we had reserved of paid for. We were told that there is no house keeping staff. Airport shuttle was convenient.

The room was large and clean. Lighting was excellent but the bathroom door was a sliding door which made some noise. In the middle of the night it was a little bit annoying. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of yummy choices. Staff were amazing. The free shuttle service to the airport was an added bonus. The driver was so knowledgable and friendly.
