This is a hotel to avoid! I had a horrible experience after a very long day of travel. I should have splurged and stayed at a better quality hotel. Live and learn!
I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle that never arrived. Supposedly it broke. I couldn’t get a refund at this point at 10 o’clock at night because the manager wasn’t available and I had booked on a third-party platform. So then I had to go to another part of the airport to get an Uber to get to the hotel.
I finally arrived two full hours after my plane landed only to discover a filthy room. Long black hairs and blood in the sink of the bathroom, lights that didn’t work properly and a grimy floor/carpet and some sticky counters.
I decided to just go to sleep without washing up. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. In the morning, I was in a hurry to get out of there, so even though I paid for an included breakfast, I thought I would just grab a coffee and leave. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work so I went down to the restaurant and attempted to eat a terrible breakfast with cold coffee. I left as fast as I could. While waiting for an Uber outside the hotel I noticed the half dead/dried out plants surrounding the entrance.
Do yourself a favour. Don’t stay here!
