"Hotel staff were kind enough to store my fresh caught, frozen fish in their freezer overnight. When I went to checkout and get the fish, I missed the shuttle and the kind gentleman at the front desk gave me a voucher to use for taxi and went outside to fetch the taxi. Amazing service!!!"
