It was very nice and clean with a lovely fragrance. There were two softer pillows and two harder pillows on the bed for different preferences. Very quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. I would stay there again.

The place, in general, was quite neat, modern, and well-equipped. I was also impressed by the safety of the apartment complex. Richmond or Travelodge? I had a problem with my bill. Noone could help, or wanted to. I was very unimpressed by their non-existent communication system. I will not go there again...or Travelodge. Not sure which is which. The hierarchy are hidden!
Only in Richmond one day so only had a chance to visit Vancouver waterfront and centre
Good shopping and dining. Steveston well worth a visit.

The area immediately around the hotel was extremely ugly.
