"It is a great place for a family. Best view and best location if you don’t care about the noise that coming from the trains on the bridge, exactly above the room. We came as a couple so for the same price you can get a smaller room in a nice hotel, but if you are more than couple it is a great choice! The kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal."

"Best hotel as it is more like a studio apartment with kitchenette (refrigerator, etc) and within walking distance of the river, highly recommend and would stay here again, a little confusing how to get there by walking from the train station but probably could have taken a taxi from the train"

"Great hostel, owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is just a 10 minute walk to the main area of Gaia and Porto, so its quiet, but also convenient. I got a private room in this hostel, but I'm sure a dorm room would've been fine. Free breakfast every morning and owner offers recommendations or engaging conversations about Portugal and Porto. They did my laundry for 10 euros too, which was great. "

"I loved this hotel although on first impression you may think its too far away from Porto and doesnt look very attractive from the outside its really whats inside that counts. The breakfast was amazing inc GLUTEN FREE corner with cornflakes & croissants 🙌🙌 The shower in the room had great pressure, an Iron that actually was better than the one at home, a fridge, Great Wifi. "Great place, slightly far from Porto district but the free shuttle provided by the hotel to & back compensates for that. Close to beach, loved the boardwalk to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor pool options. Great breakfast spread, Electric car charging on the property. All in all a great place to stay!! "

"Affordable, clean, safe, close to highway exit. We used our rental car for transportation to downtown Porto which was approximately 25 minutes with traffic. Parking was readily available outside of the hotel. McDonalds within walking distance for a quick bite. Basic breakfast was part of our rate. Check-in process needs streamlined-it took too long. Staff were helpful and pleasant. "
