"The 2BR unit’s furnishings and kitchen wares were a bit dated and some ready for replacement, however condo met our 2 adult and 2 teens needs perfectly. Property has great location, gym, nice pools and facilities. Great customer service by mgmt company who quickly responded to a fridge that was not cooling and other requests. We will be back to Sandbridge!"

"Nicely decorated. Bedrooms are roomy about the size of a standard hotel room w bath. Kitchen is fully stocked plates, coffee cups, silverware, pots pans baking sheets, coffee maker, toaster and nearly all cooking utensils you would need. Building is very secure you will need a fob to access the front door after hours. Can get that from the front desk for your party. Front desk staff is nice and helpful. "We have been searching for the best way to take a beach vacation and THIS was it! Located at the north end of boardwalk, it was quiet and out of the way but still walking (or bicycling-included!)distance from resturants and other attractions. The space was small, as advertised and expected, but plenty of room for our needs. Everything was clean, fresh linens, and homey touches. The kitchen has a nearly full size fridge. "The condo was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple days to attend a concert. The condo was very clean. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a soft cooler. Steps to the beach so we could enjoy a quick beach fix. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Would stay again."

"Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried. "

"Loved my stay here. We did have an unfortunate fire that was taken care of quickly on the 2nd floor. Only issue I have was with the hot water not staying warm long. Seemed to get cold within a few minutes. But loved staying here would stay again."
