"We were in town for Shamrock Marathon weekend and found the location absolutely perfect. The race start area is right outside the door. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it seemed well stocked with utensils, tools, etc and would have been ok for an extended stay. The unit was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and had plenty of hot water. We took one star off for cleanliness because the sofa is a little stained. "We had a very nice stay. Loved the property we stayed at it was clean and well kept. The fire alarm went off ine evening and we had no idea what to do. We didn't have a map of exit routes and had no idea what to do or where to go. That was upsetting to my 12 and 21 yr old. I think a fire escape plan needs to be given out with our check in info."

"We had a wonderful time at Dolphin Run condos, #1206. The view was amazing! The apartment was clean, airy, and conveniently located on the boardwalk. The condo was a little older with a few minor issues: part of the balcony needed repairing, part of the crown molding was missing and the pipes made noise when turning on the hot water in the master bedroom.
