"The desk employee worked quickly to get me checked in and was very welcoming. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The room was a nice size, although, the bayhroom was small. There was an issue with the outlet nesr the door when i used the hair dryer. The plug dod not fit tightly in the outlet, so the dryer would turn off when I moved it. After a couple of minutes if frustration, I realized there was an outlet at the other end of the counter. When I unplugged the dryer, the outlet sparked and the plug was very hot and burned my hand. The outlet at the other end worked just fine. I did report the plug issue as I checked out that morning. One other thing worth noting is that the layout of this hotel is unique. It is not one building, but two different building connected by a catwalk. The dining room for breakfast is in the other building we did not stay in, and it took a little effort to figure out the maze to get there. It's not a negative, just something worth noting. "

"We had no trouble location the bedding for the sofa bed, but had to use pillows from the bed for it. Not a big enough deal to call the desk about, but a couple pillows in the closet would be nice I never know if the used soaps will be recycled or not. A note in the bathroom saying so would be nice, and then I won't add the leftover soap to me luggage. Because we had three people, we used the sofa bed. When it was extended, there wasn't a way to get to the far side of the bed to get in. I done know of better planning could solve this problem, but it's people don't like climbing over the bed to get into it."

"Everything was great except the TV. Reception is poor. Need something else. If Spectrum cant fix it switch vendors. "

"Staff was friendly very accommodating. Detail to cleaning need around toilet rim. Desk chair broken could not adjust like sitting on the floor. Otherwise easy to correct."

"I realize the breakfast is free, but the selection of items was slim. And the coffee was horrible- they had to use napkins as filters. Otherwise the staff was very welcoming and helpful."
