As a VIP property and a Gold member for Expedia, there was no acknowledgement of that during check in. Although the family room (222) we got was large, it was very cold and none of the heaters worked. Bathroom a little worn out, e.g. chipped bathroom tiles, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. I did mention the cold room.l, but then I only got a small portable heater that was obviously not big enough for the size of room. Room view was not something that I was necessarily looking for, but it was overlooking the roof of some sort of outbuilding which wasn’t great. Shame about the room. Would have liked breakfast to finish later in the weekends (finished at 10am), and for more than one coffee machine to be working given the amount of people queuing. Maybe we’re a bit unlucky with the room, but I would have actually liked to have seen my Expedia benefits, which I didn’t.
