"Stay was nice. Our room was upgraded and we had snacks and a nice view outside. It’s not in a bad location by the airport. Quick walk to the underground for the train to down town. "

"We had a lovely stay in this excellently situated hotel, perfectly positioned for the West End, Covent Garden and several Tube stations within a short walk. Staff were exceptionally helpful and very polite and accommodating.I would highly recommend it."

"The property is undergoing some renovations but you can’t really hear any of the noise and the renovations that are being done to the rooms are extremely nice, especially the big walk in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to London."
