"I was happy with my stay because I wasn’t there much. But lots of in and outs of hotel. Key card originally didn’t work and then same experience on day two. Pool was not opened and I assumed since it was “May” it would be ready. On Sunday I waited forever on fourth floor. Only one elevator was working. There are rooms for improvements for price being paid. I’m generous in my rating. Great location now I know my way around. "

"Overall the hotel was clean. The pillowtop bed was very comfortable, although i wish they would use sheets that were big enough to fit on to a pillow top mattress. The room was big and the kitchenette came in handy. This was Spring graduation weekend at Texas Tech, so the room prices were jacked up 300% everywhere in Lubbock. I get it, but it was worth $900 total for a 2 night stay. Waddayagonndo?"

"How about this. Couldn't connect to the internet. Main floor ice machine out of order. Desk phone broken. Sink drain broken. Bathroom lights were very dim. Desk chair would not adjust. Iron board broken. Only 2 hangers. Only one hand towel. Couldn't find a local news channel. Carpet stains and couch stains. Very noisy people above us, 4 adults and 2 young children. We were in the hospitality business for 30 years. We would never put family's above a 2 guest room. Family go down...
