This our second stay at this hotel. Hottel staff is always great. Breakfast is great and the omelets are made to order. Rooms are huge. The property is an older hotel but it is well maintained. Very clean. The inside of the hotel makes it feel more relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

We went to visit TT for the first time and we decided in the embassy suites because they are pet friendly and we had our dog, we are also a family of 5 so we need more space and the fact that they have separate areas is a plus for us. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They free breakfast was also great, and the courtesy drinks for the happy hour were great. Property it’s not new and you can tell as soon you step in but we had a good time.

The staff, complementary breakfast, and complementary bar were top notch. Thank you again for that. However, the facility needs an overhaul. We noticed the poor condition of the room and bathroom. The entire hotel needs an upgrade- a modern touch per se. i would consider staying there again if the management takes an interest in updating.

Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. A but dated and dark inside. Our shower didnt drain and the maintenence guybhad to fix it. Shower room had mold on ceilings and thr philosophy that caulk fixes anything in the shower... has good amenities
