"This is more of a quiet area and has way more plants than the other hotels which made me feel more relaxed. We only called the hotel twice and maintenance came super fast and fixed everything. Loved how there is 2 pools, one big main one and one smaller with a hot tub. There’s a cafe on the beach side that is 10000/10 best spot to eat. I would def recommend, the room was super spacious as well, very private balcony "

"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

The staff was next level, the cleanliness was top tier, the amenities are exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon. "r handle was barely working and then stopped working mid stay (you fixed this when I brought it to your attention thank you). The shower head could probably be replaced. The spray from the shower ends up outside of the shower onto the bathroom floor and the wood trim on the walls. The flooring directly in front of the toilet has a large gap in it.
