"This is an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean and with comfy beds, although the pillows are rather odd and could be improved upon. Good sized bathroom with large enclosed shower with hairdryer and toiletries provided. Plenty of parking, very accessible if driving from the Airport, just a few minutes walk from the Salt Mine too. Nice hotel

"Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and good breakfast. Housekeeping only every third day which would have been ok but was just making the bed and replacing towels - when we could have done with more coffee, toilet roll and a vacuum of the floor. But overall great and I would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing - right in the centre of Old Town Market Square and easy to get to everywhere from here. Gorgeous restaurants and bars all over! Staff were kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow."
