There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow. "

"This hotel is a gem. Five star hotel at three star price. Staff was excellent, supportive and attentive. Breakfast choices were numerous and outstanding. Pool was super and very relaxing with mood lighting. Location was perfect (across the street from old town and a five minute walk to the main square). Access to public transportation was great. Hotel is very mod in decor and use of technology. Can't miss with this property. "

"This was a lovely apartment in a great location for accessing both old town and Jewish Quarter, had all necessary amenities and was a great price. I've not given 5 stars as paintwork could be doing with being touched up, the pillows are too soft, it's 2 single quilts on a double bed (2 singles pushed together) and the street itself is not the nicest due to renovation work. Also, there is no name of the actual apartments outside so wasn't the easiest to find. But i would stay again. "
