All staff were very polite, all spoke excellent English, the rooms were visually appealing as well as being clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was from a fixed menu which offered a good choice and was served freshly prepared.

A beautiful hotel with extremely pleasant staff. Amazing breakfasts. We did unfortunately have an issue with our room but it was swiftly fixed by being able to move to a different one. A very lovely stay.

This is just a charming, upscale, boutique hotel with some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered anywhere. So close to the castle and the town Square and so many restaurant options, including a Michelin listed restaurant within the hotel itself.
