"Our room was neat and tidy. Plenty of power points and a wonderful air conditioning system. Beds were a little soft but still very comfortable. Breakfast was ok although the omlette lady could use some customer service training!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Krakow Centrum. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with modern interiors that created a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. I had requested a quiet room in advance and the staff made sure I received one, it was indeed very peaceful and comfortable. The team was consistently helpful, courteous and easy to reach whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated the well-designed lounge area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for money."

"Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."
