Fabulous hotel. Beautiful decor and the staff are so attentive. The Opus lounge does wonderful cocktails and the bartender was so helpful with ideas. Just a short walk to the main square and just across the road from the river and Wawel Castle

What a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the Opus bar amazing…..we loved the atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and everywhere there was a feeling of opulence. Gym small but perfectly formed. Pool really like a large jacuzzi but still a lovely facility. Overall an excellent stay and the staff really were so helpful and genuine. Thank you for a wonderful four days.

Every part of this hotel was above our expectations. From checking in the staff were all professional and friendly and polite. The room was amazing and the bar was another level ( the barman knew our drinks from day 1 and this saved so much waiting time 👍👍 Even at checkout the deposit was back in my account within the hour We will definitely be back to the Bachleda
