"Room was perfect! Easy to check in! Very close to Auschwitz’s museum."

"Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service. If you are looking to stay at Western Camp, and dont want to drive, Uber was reasonably priced and easy. If you're looking to keep things cheaper, take a short 10 minute walk from the airport to the Hampton by Hilton down the road - we found journeys to and from here are much cheaper than the airport itself."

"Lovely hotel in a really nice area A very modern and comfortable hotel, great breakfast and helpful staff There is a market square nearby with lots of cafes and restaurants There are lovely river walks very nearby and the hotel has an underground car park "

"The property felt secure and safe. The only drawback was that the wall the bed is against has the main door on the other side and the wall is very thin. When people enter/exit the property through the electric lock door and the secondary door, it reverberates the room and makes sleep difficult. "

"The location was amazinglyat the footsteps of the central train station and the Galleria shopping center. Room was modern and quite large enough with comfort. TV could use less Polski chsnnels. Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!"
