"Great room, lovely staff, great location"

"Very convenient location. Could walk to old town Krakow and local food markets and shopping mall. Only complains were that bed frames were very squeaky and mattresses were a bit hard and thin."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, the room was clean and the staff were very good. They only thought I would say with it as there wasn’t a power socket by the bed, however, I did speak to a member of staff who gave me an extension lead. That solve the issue, fantastic service from them."
