Short break

Great hotel for a short break. Location is very good with the train station and tram stop nearby. Breakfast has a lot of choice and there is a good dinner menu available. We were a little disappointed with the room that has no tea and coffee making tray. Also the one pillow that was on the bed was not comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good value.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that I could store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was super convenient. The hotel is in a great location — close to train stations, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Alles in allem war es ganz okay. Nur an der Rezeption hätten die Frauen ihre Augen nicht verdrehen müssen vor einem, nur weil man Fragen hatte. Im Speisesaal hatten wir Mojito bestellt, den man nicht trinken konnte. Hatten gesagt, dass er total sauer ist und man den nicht trinken kann. Als Antwort bekamen wir er kann das hier nicht so richtig mischen mit dem Werkzeug hier. Er hatte uns lediglich einen Zucker hingelegt gehabt. Hatten keinen Ersatz bekommen oder sonstiges. Er konnte einfach keinen Mojito mixen, denn der Zucker hat komplett unten gefehlt. Mussten ihn aber voll bezahlen. Essen war im Restaurant voll lecker. Zimmer waren sauber gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Nachts war es ruhig gewesen, hatten aber auch ein Zimmer am Ende des Gangs.

Good hotel with excellent links.

The hotel is the perfect place to use as a base as it is a few hundred yards from the train and bus station and an easy walk into the Market Square. The rooms are fine but I would have liked tea and coffee available like so many other hotels and a fridge too would be nice. The air conditioning didn't seem to lower the temperature. Apart from that the room was clean and comfortable and perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was limited but there was enough to set you up for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cons were certainly outweighed by the pros so if you are looking for a hotel with good location and links, the IbIs Krakow is ideal.
