Nice and close to the train station. Very good staff. We moved here from the Ibis Budget next door after needing another night in the area. This room was $50 AUD more per night than the Ibis Budget, however the room was not as good as the Ibis Budget room.

We stayed here for two weeks. The room is basic but comfortable. The staff was good. The main benefit is location. It is a two-minute walk from the giant mall and a 15-minute walk to the Market Square. The main problem was that one of two elevators was broken for the last four days of our visit.

Clean rooms, breakfast buffet is really good and plentiful. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for seeing the sites of Krakow. It’s next door to the train station and shopping mall.

First the nagative, The hotel states they have air conditioning but it was not working. We were told by the front desk that the air conditioning does not operate between summer and winter seasons. The day we arrived it was 25 Celsius and our room faced the south so it was very hot in our room. The reason given does not make sense as our room hallway was air conditioned and so was the lobby. On a positive note, and I thank the hotel for this, my credit card was compromised and I arranged for the replacement to be sent from Canada to the hotel days before I arrived. The credit card was at the hotel when I arrived. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are comfortable. I only recommend this hotel if they get the air conditioning situation rectified.
