"The property is clean and well-maintained, although it’s older and showing its age. The internet was down for a good portion of my stay and difficult to get a quick connection when it was running. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and polite."

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. "There's no air-conditioning, which is fine 10 months out of the year. Unfortunately I did go during a historic heatwave.... The fridge situation is a bit weird, with every room getting one shelf in a mini fridge. Dishes are a bit hard to wash in the tiny sink."
