"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.

"Friendshouse Apartments - Avenue was located in the centre of Krakow within walking distance of the town centre. The room accommodated 1 person and had everything necessary to have a great stay. The amenities included: oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle, cable/satellite TV, iron, ironing board, washing machine. Although located on a busy road, it was not possible to hear this noise in the apartment. Fresh, modern, comfortable and inexpensive apartment to stay."

"What an amazing little find! A superbly presented property with everything you could possibly need, at a very decent rate. Regular bus services to airport and city centre. Nearby shops less than a mile away. Quiet countryside location, some might find air traffic a bit noisy but I didn't mind it at all. Clear check-in instructions. Great range of breakfast food. A very friendly cat lives close by and will wait to be let in. Recommend the woodland walks nearby up the hill behind, to the monument hill. Would definitely book again."
"Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"

"Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."
