Transport links to the Old Town are excellent as well; with convenient bus and tram connections nearby, getting into the centre is quick and hassle‑free. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well‑run hotel that makes exploring Krakow easy and enjoyable."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and felt fresh. The staff were a standout, incredibly polite, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which really elevated the experience. The only minor downside was on our first morning at breakfast. It was very busy, a bit chaotic and felt slightly overwhelming. That said, this was clearly due to the high volume of guests and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff. Everyone was doing their best and I don’t place any blame on the hotel or team at all. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others."

"Clean hotel not too far from the city centre. Staff was helpful but some were not the most friendly. Thankfully the staff on the next day in the morning was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok size but functional. "
