Property was nice. However was not clear what amenities were available. Pictures on web site appeared to make bar and restaurant open as full service restaurant. Restaurant only open for breakfast and no bar open at all.

Stayed for 3 nights, arrived early and was allowed to check in at 12.30, room was very clean and spacious. Small kitchen with fridge was perfect for storing breakfast and drinks. Staff communication was good including in WhatsApp’s via website all response very quick and clear. Perfect location just minutes from main square and surrounded by restaurants and shops. 2 days we had excursions and pick up point for both were only few minutes away adding to great location.

This hotel is in a central location next to the old town square, the style and character of the rooms is great and the service from the staff was excellant. Very spacious and well maintained. Perfect base for a city break in Krakow.
Also seperate Toilet upstairs.
Stand alone shower and seperate toilet down stairs below the bedroom space.

Lovely location, a street away from the old town market square. Architecture of the building was always impressive with the red brick throughout the site. Our room provided the comfort needed of a city break, cool, quiet and relaxing that helped provide restoration following a day of sightseeing and walking.
