"We booked a junior suite - this was one large room with a king size bed and a single bed. Spacious enough for 3. The room was clean, windows could open, tea and coffee was topped up daily and room tidied daily. The breakfast was good quality with a wide choice. The bar was also well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful - I had many questions about the trains which they were able to help with. Location was excellent- approx 3 minute walk from the train station, a small supermarket opposite and the main town approx 15min walk. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value. "I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Very central for accessing the Old Town. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay The bathroom was large also and the bed was very comfortable "

"I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "
