"The room was super cozy and clean, recently renovated. The residence is near the city center, just 10 minutes with the tram. I especially loved the fact that in my room there was a spiral notebook with all the necessary information for my stay and suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias etc (I went to DaGrasso pizzeria in front of the residence and pizza was scrumptious). Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. If for any reason you need an elevator, there is none (as far as I know)....

"The hotel was great and has an authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of things one could choose. The location is also very good, because it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the square 'Stare Misto' and the hotel is situated in the Jewish neighbourhood of Krakow. Parking can be a bit difficult because you have to park on the street and pay a parking fee. However, if you plan trips during the day it's not a big issue. "

"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est plutôt une pension de famille, le matin on doit débarrasser sa table de petit déjeuner, personne ne fait le ménage dans les chambres et on doit descendre nos poubelles pour les trier dehors."

"Das mit den Codes an der Schranke und am Hauseingang sowie den Zimmern ist etwas ungewöhnlich, funktioniert aber gut wenn man verstanden hat wie es geht. Zimmer war top sauber, Bad 1A. Würde ich wieder buchen."
