What a fantastic hotel! Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of the areas and attractions we wanted to see in Krakow. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and highly recommend it.

Fine Hotel in all respects,

Great hotel in a good location. Big rooms, enormous bed and fantastic pillows!! Staff really helpful and the restaurant and Happy Hour are great too. Would happily stay here again.
