"Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value. "I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "
