"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests. I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down. On a positive. The location is amazing. "

The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of the areas and attractions we wanted to see in Krakow. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly.
