"Great place to stay. Centrally located boutique hotel within steps of the city center and main square. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Jan. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Was a little loud at night but didn't really bother us that much. Everything we wanted to do and had booked was all within walking distance from the hotel. Not our typical kind of breakfast but overall we were happy with everything on our trip :-)"
"We showed up early and had our room right away.
This place has AC that actually works!!!!
Staff is great and the price is right considering the competition in the area. Highly recommended."
"Lovely aspect on arrival, organised transport from the airport. Room was ready on arrival so early check in!
Lovely staff, very clean. Only niggle was the temperature of the hot breakfast items. Very spacious room with good facilities. Local shop nearby & restaurants, cheap ride in to town."
"Wonderful reception staff both day and night. I was always greeted when enteribg the hotel. The building is beautiful and the roof terrace is a haven. Only thing pulling the wxperience down was that after a super long day I was looking forward to room service but despite the menu on the room stating it was available until 23.00, when I called at 20.55 I was told there was no food, only drinks. Also the person answered me very shortly and hung up without saying goodbye or apologising. Other than that, I am more than happy and will definately consider the Copernicus for future trips to Krakow"
