"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We were allowed to check in immediately after early morning flight. 3 minute walk to Main Square and right beside castle. Very convenient location, within walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Street hotel is on is pedestrianised after 10am, so no traffic noise in evening. Room beautiful and very comfortable with a lot of amenities, including wireless charging. Stand-out feature though has to be the staff. Every single one of them displayed exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel was great. Lovely breakfast, modern clean rooms and free tea/coffee 24hrs a day in reception. Its well located too and access to the free bicycles was a brilliant bonus. Would totally recommend."

"Hotel was very clean, breakfast was a well appointed buffet which had everything you could imagine. My only complaint would be the charge for use of the parking garage, $340 is unreasonable that’s NYC prices or higher."

"Lovely hotel, convenient, quiet,and safe. Only issue was the bath tub and not a shower. The bath tub was very difficult for people with mobility issues."
