Location is the best in Krakow. The staff is incredible. My friend at front desk was extremely helpful. I can’t remember his name. Breakfast was really good.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow Old Town
The hotel is right in the centre of Krakow Old Town and close to all restaurants and bars. They booked our transfer by taxi from the airport and our trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the view from our room was beautiful
